Tonight we made the LOL Surprise! cake for our Aunt Mary! She asked us a few weeks back if we could make it for her friend's daughter Mallory. (Plus cupcakes!) She's actually the same sweet little girl we made the Minnie Mouse cake for last year! I think the cake turned out so perfect! It is so fun and colorful...I really hope Mallory likes it!!

Happy Easter!! 🐰
What a busy day today turned out to be! We started off with the Easter mass at our church, St. Cyril. It was just beautiful. Father Hogan was there and he always gives such a lovely Homily! Afterward we rushed over to IBC for their Easter service. After church, we headed back to the Donelson's home for brunch with Mike, Laura, Charlotte, and Mary. Everything was super yummy! We followed that with a relaxing stroll around the park near their home. Later in the afternoon we went to my family's house for dinner. Zack was home for the holiday, so of course it was great to see him!

Had SUCH a lovely time today at the Gembara-Weston Easter Party! Got to see all my favorite peeps (plus my four favorite mini’s Aria, Rylan, Ava, & Virginia 😍) and chowed down on some delicious homemade Polish food. Happy 17th Birthday to my littlest brother Jax! We had a lovely time tonight getting dinner at Ted's Montana Grill and enjoying the Kermit The Frog Cake that we made for him. Jax said it was the best cake he'd ever gotten!

Said goodbye to my kids tonight during the last day of class. :( I didn't expect to be so sad! I really got attached to those sweet little people! I know they will flourish next in their 4th grade class, but I will never forget the memories we made this past year together leaning about our amazing God. Until next year!
