Tony & Ernesto finished the master bedroom & nursery today! They also got one coat done in the second bedroom, but Imma hold off posting a picture until it's 100% done.

After work, we met up at the house with the Donelson ladies/Marsceau crew! They took a tour of our (empty) house, and then we all headed to Culver's for some grub. It was lowkey, but still a lovely time spent chatting and laughing all throughout dinner and dessert. :)

We officially closed on our house!! 🏡🔑 

Today we said “yes” to the address! 😉🏡🔑

I am absolutely in love with our new house already—and cannot wait to start decorating! I could not be happier to call this place “home”. Looking forward to making many, many memories together here in the years to come. 🥰

After our walkthrough, closing, and all that fun stuff, we met up with my family for a celebratory dinner at The Opera House in downtown Plainfield!

We picked ALL of the paint colors for the house today! After (about) seven years together and now three moves, I can easily say that this was the quickest and easiest we were ever able to pick out colors together! 😉🙌🏼

Today was our gender reveal party! 💙💗🎊 Everything just came together so beautifully! 😍

Baby's Godmother Becky surprised us with the cutest party favors! 🥰

Auntie Jan made a bunch of her famous cake pops, while my MIL Laura made chocolate-covered pretzels! 😋

All of our favorite people made it out to celebrate with us! We were so very grateful to have them all there. ♥️

Today we unintentionally celebrated our very first National Daughters Day finding out we’re having a little GIRL!!!! 😍💗🎀 I cannot wait to meet our sweet little princess in February! So excited to officially be a girl mom!! 🥰
