Tonight we read about Adam, Eve, and the Garden of Eden! The kids loved the story, and were surprised to hear that snakes used to have legs that God took away! They each got to make their own cunning, trickster snake as well as an original sin apple! They all worked so hard and were very creative with their projects! It makes me so happy to see them eager to learn and create

PS, this little sweetheart got her stitches out this morning! She is doing just wonderfully and is feeling really good now that those annoying things are out. :) So happy to see her doing so well!

Also, look at the sweet gifts from the pups’ paternal grandparents! 🖤🎾

Nessie is nearly 100% herself again! She's much less sore today and healing beautifully! We could not be happier with how well the recovery process is going so far!




Our Ryder is also being such a good boy, too. He has been so gentle with his sister and hasn't tried to rough house with her at all. He cuddles with her every night around bedtime and even has been offering her some kisses! He's definitely the best brother ever.

Our sweet girl work up today feeling much more like her usual self! :) She's still sore and moving more slowly than usual of course, but it was such a joy to see her acting like her usual perky self.



Mike bought us some new lights for out back patio recently and since my dad and brothers were coming over for a BBQ/game night, he decided to put them up! They turned out so pretty! I just love them!

Our sweet Nessie-girl had surgery today. :( Don't' worry though, it was nothing serious. I dropped her off early this morning to be spayed and picked her up later in the evening after the procedure was finished and she was resting. Her doctor said everything went extremely well and that she could come back in about ten days to have the stitches removed.

While the surgery is super standard, it is still upsetting to know your baby is having a procedure done. I was super relieved when they called me at work in the afternoon to let me know she was finished and recovering. When I picked her up, she was groggy but doing well! We helped her get comfy and she spent the remainder of the night just recovering/sleeping it off. Please keep our baby in your prayers through this coming week! We are praying her stitches/incision-site heal quickly and her soreness is minimal!

Our fence is done!!!!!! :))



My darling husband plus my father-in-law Mike spent all of today finishing up our fence! When I got home with the pups we let them out and they had so much fun running freely around the yard! I can't wait to spend time out in the backyard playing with them each day!

Also: can you tell how much Ryder loves getting his nails trimmed? 😂💅🏼

My amazing husband and father-in-law spent all day digging the holes for our fence posts today! The weather wasn't super great, but seeing as it was supposed to storm all day and didn't, it was not too bad all things considering!

The pups went to work with dad today! :) It was an office day for Mike, so he brought Ryder & Nessie with him to hang out at the office while he worked on quotes!

Happy National Wife Appreciation Day!! 👰🏽



My darling husband absolutely spoiled me rotten today! The morning started off with him surprising me with my usual breakfast order from Dunkin', plus some gorgeous flowers! In addition, he also showed me three beautiful dresses he bought me from my favorite online store.

As if that wasn't enough, he also took me to the Melting Pot for dinner! I had never been before but had always wanted to go, so I was so excited. Overall, it was an amazing experience! All of the food was heavenly, and I definitely walked out of there totally stuffed!

All-in-all, it was such a wonderful day. My husband is so unbelievably incredible and treats me like a queen every single day. I am beyond lucky and blessed to have him and call him mine!!
