Today it was my family's turn to spoil me for my birthday! ;) Started the evening off with cake, which my mom so sweetly baked just for me! They all also got me tons of generous presents.
Ironically, my brother Zack's Christmas gift arrived today for me as well! He had ordered it awhile ago, but unfortunately it didn't make it in time for the holiday. I completely adore it!!
We headed to the Oak Brook mall a bit later for an escape room! We might be addicted to escape rooms, okay? 😜 We destroyed the squid and escaped from "The Submarine" with 1:35 to spare! ⚓️🦑🌊
After our victorious win, we did some browsing around before making our way over to Maggiano's for dinner. The food was absolutely phenomenal, and the moscato I ordered was simply to die for.
Overall, it was such a great night! I am so thankful for my wonderful family! :)
