Today was full of a two-hour long staff meeting, crabby co-workers, neverending phone calls, and difficult patients. Today was also full of beautiful sunny weather, adorably playful puppies, swimming in a gorgeous pool, and lots and lots of laughs shared with my sweetheart.
Each day is full of up's and down's. The way I see it, you can either focus on the up's or focus on the down's. Is the cup half empty or half full? The choice is yours alone—so make each day the day YOU want to live!
